When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. You can also contact us directly at support@bodycheers.com to check the status of your order. After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business weeks. Below are the expected delivery times. Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

The delivery time is based on your country. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

BodyCheers successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world! Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.

This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
